Christmas Carol Baking Challenge

Announcing our Christmas Carol Cake Decorating Competition.

This challenge is open to anyone regardless of age. Remember to keep safe while you are doing the challenge. Children ask permission and get an adult to help you with knives, ovens etc. Here’s how you can take part:

1. Make a cake of any kind.
2. Think of a Christmas carol you would like to illustrate. (It can be anything from “Frosty the Snowman” to “Hark the Herald Angels sing”.
3. Decorate your cake. It doesn’t have to be the whole carol but illustrating one thought from the lyrics.
4. Take a picture of your completed work and post it on The Watering Hole Facebook page before 12.00 am on December 31st, 2020
   You will need to tell us what carol you chose and the age of the people who did the decorating. Adults you can simply say “helped by an adult”.
5. Winners will be announced early in the New Year and receive a prize.
