Community Camps 2019 @ Chapel North, Cornwall
Friday, May 24th – Wednesday, May 29th, 2019
Wednesday, May 29th – Sunday, June 2nd, 2019
Come and be part of one of our two community camps in Cornwall. In the first, the activities are aimed at families with teenagers and young adults. In the second, the activities are aimed at families with children under 12 years old.
You will have loads of fun, building great memories and developing new friendships in a beautiful part of the UK. Each day there will be a range of activities that will include something for everyone. Accommodation is in static caravans, overlooking rolling hills and the sea, near the village of St Agnes. You can visit a variety of beaches during our stay and there are numerous tourist attractions for you to visit during your free time.
This year the campsite is being renovated and additional facilities added. Nine of the caravans have been replaced and upgraded. Each caravan sleeps 6-8 people and has a toilet, shower and kitchenette. There are a communal hall and kitchen on site where we take most of our meals. In order to keep costs down, everyone will be asked to help with simple duties such as setting tables, washing up etc.
Cost per caravan with up to 6 people, including some group activities is £145 for the first camp and £120 for the second. Each extra person in the van costs £25. There will be a charge for some activities but these are subsidised.
The number of caravans is limited so first place will be given to people living in Totton or who are regularly involved in any of The Watering Hole activities.
