Celebrate the harvest season and then take care of your health, all in one place. Join us for a Harvest Festival & Health Fayre on October 21, 2023, in Hunter’s Hall, Calmore Community Centre. 🕝 Time: 2:30 PM

The Health Fayre will feature:

  • Simultaneous demonstrations on various topics where you can learn to make healthy meals on a budget, taste prepared dishes and take away recipe sheets.
  • Cooking with seasonal fruit and vegetables
  • Foods for healthy hearts discovery station
  • A free goodie bag
  • Children and adults can decorate autumnal biscuits
  • Cycling and smoothie-making at the same time on a smoothie bike
  • A chance to check your blood pressure at our BP Monitoring Station
