Kayak Club 2014

Provided the sun is shining we launch The Watering Hole kayaks for the first time this year on Sunday 4th May.

If you don’t fancy going on the water then there is still the chance for you to enjoy a game of rounders and a picnic on Goatee Beach at 2:00-6:00pm.

For those kayaking meet at Eling slipway to paddle round to Goatee Beach. Those not kayaking should meet at Goatee Beach – go over the toll bridge at Eling, park in the car park on right, cross over the road and take the path alongside the water to just beyond the childrens playing area where you will find us.

Time in the kayak costs £2 if you are an adult and £1 if you are 18 or under. For your comfort and safety please download and read the page about suggested clothing for kayaking. [wpdm_file id=1 title=”true” ]

This event is weather dependent so check our website or Facebook page between 12-1pm on Sunday as we will post a cancellation notice if the weather is unsuitable for kayaking.
