Photography policy

Photographs and/or film of participants may be taken by the Watering Hole during events. Ticking the photography Permissions Box above means that you agree that photographs and/or films of you and your family may be used in reports on the event or for promotional purposes for future events. This may include digital, online or print media.

Please ensure that you untick the box if you do not agree to this.

Newsletter and Privacy

Here at the Watering Hole we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

Occasionally we will use the information you provide to contact you with details of our services to the community, offers, a diary of events and news of the activities of the Watering Hole. This will be in the form of an email newsletter.

We will not pass your details to any other company or organisation and will not use it to spam you.

Your details will be stored in a secure digital format and will only be accessible to the Leader of the Watering Hole, the Head of Communications and the Database Administrator collectively known as the Data Controllers. This data will be kept for a period of two (2) years when we will ask for your continued permission to keep it.
