Watering Hole Kayaking Club Launched
After two years planning, numerous grant applications, constant visits to ebay and nearly freezing to death doing coaching assessments in some of the unkindest weather for years Rob Parsons finally pushed 5 people into the water! Why?
The Watering Hole kayak club was launched.
Five brave souls battled a cruel wind chill factor as they tested out our newly acquired kayaks and our newly qualified coach’s teaching skills.

The verdict?
“I enjoyed it more than I thought I would”.
“I achieved more than I thought possible”.
“Never having done it before it was great”.
Over the next few months using links forged Rob will be taking people of all ages and abilities out on the water. Keep an eye on our website for the dates then why not book yourself a session trying out a new skill or simply enjoying the water and scenery that our area enjoys.
